I got so annoyed when she put her hand up like that and tried to ignore Yat Hong.  Ugh, girl, please.

“As long as you’re happy….”

Awww!

Be true to your heart, guys and gals!

LOL.  Pui Chung (Him) seems so pleased with himself.

Benjamin’s reaction was so lulzy.

Intercepted.

I am finally finished!
I thought the beginning of L’Escargot was really promising.  It was refreshing to see a family portrayed so realistically — the Kwan family lived very meagerly and it showed in their apartment, clothing, makeup, etc.
But then it became sooooo hard to watch.  I feel like the writers wanted to fit in as many misfortunes as possible.  Constant drama does not equal good entertainment.  I seriously felt so tired after watching an episode.
I definitely will not rewatch this.  (I wonder why I even tried so hard to finish it.)

The beginning of a great broship/mentor-mentee relationship?
I’ve missed these scenic shots since the showing of Bottled Passion!

This scene brought out the tears!  This was Pui Chung’s (Him Law) turning point.

Seriously!  Him’s nonchalant work ethic is so annoying.  He’s in medicine, for goodness sake, not clown school!

Of course there would be this archetype in a drama like this — the underachieving guy who is actually holding back his natural talents for some reason or another.
Twenty minutes in and I find myself annoyed by all these cliche characters.  Am I jaded by TVB dramas or what?

黑人僧!

Glad she redeemed herself at the end of the episode.  She was really pushing it!
